(1) an Initial Inventory "pre-test" for Needs Assessment;
(2) a Final Inventory "post-test" for Outcomes Assessment; and
(3) unlimited partial or complete "developmental snapshots" between the Initital and Final asssessments.

Note: Contract periods are July to December and January to June. To encourage outcome assessments, units are not transferable from one contract period to the next.

STUDENT USE AND SITE LICENSE AGREEMENTS

This agreement acknowledges the willingness of students and campus administrators to make secure access of the DAI, Inc. online services available only to students currently matriculated at the participating institution during the designated contract period. Violation of this agreement could result in forfeiture of payment and services. DAI, Inc. retains the right to revise pricing structures or make changes in licensing agreements at any time.
