RESOURCES
Now you can tell this is a baby web site since this
section is a work-in-progress. From time-to-time we will
come across very helpful resources such as books, videos,
and programming ideas related to the dimensions of
development. Our list right now doesn't amount to much since
we are just getting started. But we anticipate it will grow
and change. Here's the scoop. We welcome any items on your
HOTLIST of resources.
Send them to Tim
to review for inclusion on the site. We should add that a
resource may be recommended even if we don't agree with
everything proposed by the authors. It may be that we think
it offers an appropriate stimulus for values
clarification--a chance to consider, challenge, and change
or confirm our current beliefs and behaviors. We're not
looking for a huge list. We really want
HOTSTUFF!!!
Now, just click on one or more of the spokes of the wheel
graphic and see what's available to support your efforts
with student development along each dimension,
respectively.

careers).
SOCIAL

PHYSICAL
- Now this one we really believe in - see Authors
"On the Fun Side".
EMOTIONAL
- Aha! We finally have a resource to recommend!

SEXUAL
- This is a hot topic. But don't forget, it also includes
gender issues.
CULTURAL
- This unusual dimension includes both ethnicity and the
arts. We looking for dynamic resources that can deal with
each one separately. But we are especially interested in
those that show the relationship between the two.
SPIRITUAL
- We're still working on this dimension also.
POLITICAL
- Here's a good one!
